So according to official its is going to get released in spring 2021  and will get available only on the andriod devices after the testing its will get added to the ios users also too.

As this game is specially designed form the mobile user so no cross play feature is made so no cross play with the mobile and the console will be made.

As Apex legends is a technical game with judge maps it'd be a tall order for mobile devices to run such a demanding game.
